A level Business Studies

In this extremely relevant course you will learn about starting a business and managing a large, multinational organisation. It is an exciting course, which will give you an insight into the world of business and current affairs. The course will provide you with relevant, real-world business skills through talking to real entrepreneurs and a variety of business visits.

Exam/coursework breakdown:

The course is assessed through three two-hour exams.

Entry requirements:

4s in Maths and English and three other GCSEs A*-C/9-4.

A willingness to learn, a drive for entrepreneurship and a head for figures would help, but they are not essential. You will develop high-level analytical and evaluative skills.

Progression possibilities:

From junior management roles to managing directors, there is no limit for students of Business. Students of this course often progress to university and apprenticeships in business related disciplines.
