Students and staff from City College had a fun day out in the sunshine on 26th June, visiting Chester Zoo and Rhyl, all in the same day! Our students got to explore the Zoo and see a whole host of exotic creatures, getting up-close to gibbons and gharials, spotting secretive birds and stripy tigers, and facing their fears in the bat cave! At the seaside, students had time to grab some lunch and then spend some time in the glorious weather on the beach, splashing in the surf and getting their toes wet. A great time was had by everyone, and it was lovely to spend time with our Y13s for the last time before results day.
